Since The Publicity Firm represents clients around the world, we try to keep staff members available as many hours a day as possible, and at someone is always on call.

If you are a member of the media, do not hesitate to call us immediately at 206.226.7988 for questions or clarification on active press releases. When calling, please tell us who you are with, what you are requesting information about, and the deadline you are working under.

If you are requesting information about becoming a client or consumer advocacy, please use our email contact. Telephone contact is reserved for media members working under a deadline. Although we would love to hear from you, there are hours that are very busy with media contact and we must keep those channels of communication open for those purposes.

If you represent a company named in one of our Consumer Advocacy articles and you wish to dispute the information in related releases, you must do so via email. Telephone correspondence on these matters will not be considered under any circumstances. Attempts to call our media hotline for consumer advocacy resolution may incur a restraining order and/or legal action. All correspondence on such matters must be conducted in writing via email. Failure to follow these proper channels will not yield any positive benefit.
