Disclaimer
Please note, this disclaimer is only for our consumer activism activities.
Disclaimer 1
Please be advised that we CAN NOT and will not offer legal advice. You must have documentation and evidence to backup the claims you assert, and we can not be held liable for false information you provide to us. If you provide us with false information, we can not be expected to verify it factual basis, and you will be held liable. This means that you have to be completely honest, document your case and provide us with a full, honest and balanced account of your complaint.
Disclaimer 2
While we will do our best to aid you towards the resolution of your complaints and revelation of the injustices you feel you have encountered, we can not guarantee that it will receive widespread media attention. Likewise, we can not guarantee that your case will be accepted by us. While we truly endeavor to accept EVERY SINGLE complaint that we receive, there are practical limits as to how many we are able to address.
Disclaimer 3
If you represent an individual or company that you feel has been unfairly represented in one of our press releases, the onus falls on you to disprove the assertions. We will gladly remove false information, assuming you can prove that it is without merit. We stick with the constitutionally mandatory “innocent until proven guilty” burden of proof. Since citizens who use our services do not typically have any measurable fraction of the wealth, power or influence enjoyed by their aggressors, we can not simply remove press releases “because you say so”.
If you would like us to remove the information that you feel is in error, please provide complete evidence as to your claims and we will review it within a reasonable timeframe. If you feel that this policy is unacceptable, you may choose instead to request a court order an injunction in order to remove it. Upon such a court order, we may remove it or we may choose to contest the judgment, which will take significantly more time. We utilize the services of prepaid legal, so the cost to us is the same either way.
The quickest and surest resolution would be for you to settle the complaint with the individual who filed the complaint in the first place. If a person who requests our help informs us that the matter is resolved, and that a condition of that resolution includes the deletion or retraction of related press releases, we will promptly do so.
Disclaimer 4
The Publicity Firm reserves the right to refuse services to any person or company that we feel is not acting in good faith, or may have questionable ethics or motivations.
Although we may write, distribute and otherwise facilitate the publicity needs of our clients, we can not be held liable for claims made by our clients, nor defects or failures to their products or services.
